 Windal Davis Esq. Lenoir County, Mrs. Winefred Rouse relict of John Rouse,

 Esq. who died Oct. 22, 1844.  A large circle of devoted relatives and

 friends, including five sons and one daughter, are left to mourn the

absence of her, whose presence they can never again enjoy on earth.  Mrs.

Rouse, if spared by heaven, would, in eleven days, have brought her

eightieth year to a close.  She was born June 27, 1765.  . . ."
